With a Tex-Mex flair, this restaurant is known for its Cadillac cheese steak -- steak, cheddar cheese, mushrooms, onions, green peppers, sour cream, lettuce and tomato, a recipe originating in Kemah, Texas. Co-owner Scott Kirby comes with experience having been an executive chef at one of Atlantic City's casinos.
