If you want to sample some home cooking after an evening at NJPAC or the new Prudential Center, you'll have to journey just about a mile to the Spanish Pavillion, which has been in business in Harrison for more than three decades. Started by the grandparents of current co-owners Jerry and Michael Fernandez, the restaurant offers house specialties such as Camarones al Vino, a dish of sizzling shrimp prepared in Spanish Pavillion white wine sauce, and Pollo al Ajillo, seasoned pieces of chicken sauteed in olive oil, garlic and white wine.
