Biggies Clam Bar

As the newest edition in a 52-year Hoboken restaurant tradition, the family-owned Biggies Clam Bar makes little concession to diet. It serves food for those who think fried when they think seafood. The eatery serves up fresh-tasting battered and fried clams, fried scallops and fried shrimp, as well as crab cakes, shrimp cocktail, Manhattan clam chowder and clams on the half shell. Sides include cheese fries, french fries and onion rings, and Biggies serves sandwiches that range from steak to flounder filet, sausage and peppers, hot dogs and grilled chicken.
