Water Witch Coffee & Tea Company in the Highlands was the brainchild of Ken Harver, who decided to open the coffee shop to bring in some business from the street for his wholesale bakery, the building's primary business. With its delicious offerings of pastries, cakes, bagels, coffee, tea and lemonade, the shop always is bustling. Commuters heading to the Seastreak ferry pop in before heading to Manhattan in the early morning hours. On the weekend, patrons can enjoy nice weather and lazily sip their drinks at one of the tables either inside or out.
