Voted 'Best Breakfast Restaurant at the Jersey Shore,' Mariner's Cove lists more than 250 omelets and 50 variations of pancakes and waffles. Owner Nick Psaros says the potato pancakes and the berry-berry pancakes are always a big hit. Psaros, who has owned the restaurant for the last 10 of its 30 years, said the restaurant's country-style omelets, made with a variety of meats, are its most popular.
