Kelly's is family owned and operated, offering up hot homemade soups during the winter and frosty milkshakes during the summer. The word "kitchen" in Kelly's name is just that. When you walk into the restaurant, it's like you're walking into the actual kitchen of an aunt or uncle's house. Just make sure you bring cash with you because like your aunt or uncle, Kelly's doesn't accept credit cards.
