Owner Luigi Bove takes great pride in the pizza served at the restaurant that bears his name, saying it's "the best pizza in the state of New Jersey -- that's guaranteed." However, don't think that Luigi's limits itself to just pies. "We'll serve anything from a slice of pizza to a steak, so it satisfies everyone," said Bove, who explained that the restaurant has sells signature dishes, such as osso buco and chicken in vodka sauce. On Friday and Saturday nights, Luigi's features the music of singer Joe Leo, who has been performing there for the past eight years.
