Sister to an Upper East Side restaurant, the cleanly and stylishly decorated Tsuki (meaning "moon") offers sushi and sashimi as well as Japanese specialties like tempura, teriyaki and udon noodles. Charming and elegant, the restaurant is nestled between larger storefronts on Long Beach Island's main boulevard. Diner's favorites include the sushi pizza appetizer — a fried sushi rice pancake topped with mixed salmon, tuna, avocado, cucumber and sesame seeds — and the lobster motoyaki.
