Kyoto Japanese Restaurant

From the outside, Kyoto seems more like a bar than a restaurant, but the only bar inside is strictly sushi. Still, Polaroid pictures of birthday celebrations add a sense of welcome to the place -- more than a typical restaurant would offer. Don't let that lead you to believe Kyoto is not focused on traditional Japanese fare. The decor still keeps true to the culture, but those just beginning to experiment with sushi and Japanese dishes might find Kyoto a comfortable place to begin.
