Posillipo's has served fine Italian cuisine in downtown Asbury Park for more than 70 years. The restaurant serves mostly traditional Italian specialties, including soups, salads, homemade pastas, fish and seafood and sauteed entrees, such as veal marsala and chicken cacciatori. Homemade desserts and cappuccino and espresso round out the menu. Opera singers perform for diners each Wednesday, and a pianist plays Fridays and Saturdays.
