Dano, the previous chef who bought the place in 2006, doesn't lie in the name of his establishment. His dishes are truly authentic Italian, and he finds little ways of making each item on the extensive menu come alive. You may have had chicken parm before, but if you try Dano's version, you'll list it as one of the foods you'd want to have if you were stranded on a desert island.
