With locations in Hoboken, Spring Lake and Lavalette, the Ice Hut may be giving Rita a run for her money in the Italian ice game here in the Garden State. Manager Ashley Lovelace said the specialty treat of the Ice Hut is the "combo cooler," a combination of ice cream and ice that has become a local favorite. Also popular at the walk-up counter are the fat-free ice cream and the mango and red raspberry flavors of Italian ice.
