Asia Star Cafe in Tinton Falls caters to both the Japanese and Chinese food lover. With a wide variety of sushi and an extensive Chinese selection, you can't go wrong at Asia Star. Some of the more eccentric sushi rolls include the pink lady -- spicy white tuna, peanut butter and tempura asparagus in pink seaweed. On the Chinese side the chef specialties include three musketeers and beauties -- scallops, shrimps, chicken, babycorn and red pepper in garlic sauce with crabmeat wontons.
