Not A Pleasant Experience

I called ahead to make reservations and when my party arrived there was no table. After 30 minutes we were seated only to be told that the one items we all wanted (the pulled pork) was sold out. Our food took over an hour and a half to arrive. The appetizers were still frozen in the center and the chicken we ordered was still raw in the middle. I have to say I was not expecting this kind of service considering this restaurant was rated 4 stars on this website. I give it 2 at best.

The first time I ate at Laylas I thought my food was good. One of us had the talipia and he complained he did not like it. It was not cooked. The steak was excellent. We were talking when the bill came and I did not notice some of the charges. Just whipped out the credit card and paid. Later I figured out what the bill should have been; it was way inflated. We returned again to the restaurant and this time I checked. Soup on the menu
was $5.00 they charged $7.50, salads were $8.00. On the bill they charged $10.00. Every charge was inflated. The salmon was supposed to be wild salmon; it was ordinary salmon. The restaurant has a problem. We waited to talk to the waitress but she was busy and we had to leave. I just want to warn others who dine there. Skip the tiliapia, order the meatballs and check the bill.
