So what is The Old Bay, exactly? Is it a gourmet restaurant or a swinging nighttime party spot? It's both, as it turns out. Around dinnertime, The Old Bay serves up the Cajun and Creole specialties that have been the restaurant's calling card since it opened in 1987. (And if the word Cajun scares you off with thoughts of five-alarm spices, don’t worry -- there are dishes for every palate.) Once 10 p.m. rolls around, The Old Bay turns into a night spot featuring entertainment Monday through Saturday complemented by a seemingly endless list of specialty drinks.
