Jimbo's Restaurant in Seaside Heights is a lively boardwalk spot that serves Mexican food, pizza, paninis and more. Plus they have a full bar with drink specials daily. With outdoor seating, be sure to catch the live bands that play every Friday starting in July and Sir Cedric on the steel drums for an island sound every Saturday and Sunday.
