More of a fusion restaurant than Japanese alone, Taka offers both classic dishes and innovative twists on the classics. The chef's grilled salmon with Asian barbecue sauce is very popular, as are the recently added off-the-bone baby-back ribs, which are served with different side dishes every night. The dress code at Taka can vary from dress casual to dressy, depending on the customer, but it definitely is New York trendy.
