Open since 2002, Brandl in Belmar serves up innovative new American cuisine, such as pulled-boar sliders, buffalo tenderlou and local, freshly-caught fish.
Chef Toni Froio, who worked for 15 years as executive chef at The Farmingdale House, will also be returning as a guest chef at Brandl. Froio will be working her culinary magic on the third Tuesday of each month at Brandl beginning, in October of 2008. The three-course $45 prix fixe dinner will feature Northern Italian cuisine in an updated version of Farmingdale House cooking. Reservations are limited and will go quickly.
