2010 isn't more than a few weeks old yet, and already the Shore is bracing itself for the year's first big musical event: Light of Day, which is set to storm Asbury Park from Friday (Jan. 15) through Sunday (Jan. 17) at various venues around town.
A series of shows which work to raise money for the fight against Parkinson's disease by supporting research into finding a cure and helping those who suffer from the degenerative neurological disorder, Light of Day is now in its 10th year, and its Asbury Park installment will include a show at the Stone Pony on Friday night, shows at the Wonder Bar and the Paramount Theater on Saturday and performances at Watermark, Langosta Lounge and Tim McLoone's Supper Club on Sunday.
