A longtime punk rock haven in Long Branch, The Brighton Bar has become an institution for rock fans who like their music to be down and dirty. Placing just as much importance and emphasis on helping promote local bands as bringing national acts to the area, The Brighton has featured such bands as The Misfits, The Damned, Vice Squad, The Dictators and The Dickies. The club's Wall of Fame, listing the acts that have played there, also includes Ween, Fountains of Wayne and many more.
