Starland Ballroom

Since opening in 2003, the Starland Ballroom has brought the feel of great Manhattan venues such as Roseland or Irving Plaza to the Garden State. Featuring multiple bars and a wide-open, wood-floored standing room area, Starland has earned its name by bringing everyone from Justin Timberlake to David Lee Roth to Sayreville. According to the venue's Web site, Timberlake's September 2006 performance was the second-fastest sell-out in the venue's history. In first place is an August 2006 show by the reunited Alice in Chains, which sold out in just over two minutes.
