Instead, Mac arguably found his greatest success as the star and executive producer of his own self-titled FOX comedy. The quirky and critically acclaimed series, which featured Mac playing a version of his real life self unexpectedly tasked with raising his drug-addicted sister's three children, earned Mac two Emmy and two Golden Globe nominations. The character's frequent sparring with his nephew Jordan (Jeremy Suarez, pictured left) was always a comedic highlight.
