Finally a nice shopping destination has arrived to the Jersey Shore ! An open outdoor mall reminiscent of a California or Florida style mall with all of the great name designers at below traditional mall stores prices. The food court allowed for outdoor seating...with a nice variety of food. I had a cheesesteak from South Philly Steaks & Fries that was exceptional. I really enjoyed this destination and would recommend a visit. I know I will return here shortly.

Just returned from the "Premium Outlets" and what a WASTE of gas ! For starters, they actually have a security Guard/"Greeter" at the door of the UGG store & you have to wait on line to be let into the 'Holy Grail" UGG store!!!

Once inside, what a bust!!!! The prices are the same as Nordstrom & they have EXTREMELY limited quantities of ALL sizes and styles!

SONY sells "refurbished" merchendise!

Banana Republic is actually just a store, the prices are the same as any mall!

Burberry had OLD STYLE bags! No one will pay $700+ for an "outdated" bag at that price, even if it was 30% off.

Timberland also just had jacked up priced with $30% off highest price.

if u really want "outlet prices" know your merchandise and go to Jersey Gardens in Elizabeth!
