Once again, W-RAT The Rat, Pepsi Max and Martell's hosted the winter party to end all winter parties: the annual Back to the Beach Bash Platinum Card Party, held Saturday (February 19) at Martell's Tiki Bar in Point Pleasant Beach. The free event included a buffet and live entertainment by Overboard.
